This project consisted of extensive renovation of a three-story high school. Also included was new construction of a two-story addition housing a new library facility and athletic locker rooms/training areas.
New construction was structural steel frame with masonry walls, slab on grade and composite deck flooring, bar joist and metal deck supporting a rubber roof system. A new HVAC system, electrical distribution system, fire control system, handicap chair lift and elevator were also installed. Interior renovations included new electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire alarm systems. Finish work included drywall, plaster, acoustical, tile, carpet, millwork, cabinetry, doors, hardware, insulation, painting, etc.
