The project consisted of the exterior restoration of the historic Allegheny County Morgue Building in downtown Pittsburgh. Exterior restoration included selective abatement of hazardous materials, replacement of the clay tile roof system and flashings, replacement of flat roof systems, stone masonry joint restoration, window replacement and stained glass restoration of windows, replacement of louvers, replacement of front door systems and selective finishes.
