This project included cleaning and sealing the cracks and joints on the existing concrete pavement of Deicing Pad C and E. The work also included removal and replacement of the most severely deteriorated slabs on Deicing Pad E.

The intent of the project was to minimize the amount of deicing fluid that could migrate through the pavement to the subgrade. The work included removal and handling of glycol-contaminated material that was encountered when areas of the pavement were removed.
