This project consists of the construction of six 4-story buildings with a total floor area of 560,000 square feet, along with associated site improvements. There is a total of 726 one, two and three bedroom apartment units with a total of 1,509 student beds along with common/ community areas on the first floor level of each of the six buildings and an administrative office area on the first floor of one of the buildings. Each of the 6 buildings has individual apartment controlled HVAC units, telecommunication wiring to each bedroom unit and an automatic fire alarm sprinkler system. Also included with the project are all site improvements, which include site excavation, demolition of 2 existing dormitories, subsurface mine grouting, installation of utility infrastructure, construction of parking and recreation areas and landscaping.

Management Engineering Corporation provided on-site construction management services for the project, along with scheduling and contract administrative services.
